Product Description Oatey Oatey Hercules 60447 Unpurple Primer for PVC and CPVC with Jumbo Dauber in Cap, 32 Ounces From the Manufacturer Professional grade primer for use on all schedules and classes of PVC pipe and fittings. Special purple dye will appear clear and the purple color will only be revealed under a UV light. Lo-V.O.C. Solvent Cement meets California South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) 1168/316A or BAAQMD Method 40 and various environmental requirements. Removes surface dirt, grease and grime as well as softens the pipe surface to allow a fast, secure solvent weld. Meets ASTM F656.
